In our establishment you can enjoy a cosy and pleasant stay. The construction is in accordance with local characteristics. We are situated at the entrance to the city, just 5 minutes from the centre. Our cabanas have the capacity of 7 people, they are comfortably decorated and fully equipped.
By airplane: It is the easiest access to get to our hotel.
The Balmaceda airport is located at 55km. Teniente Vidal air field is located at 7km, there is also the Puerto Aysen Air field located at the northeast of town.
By Car: Drive through Carretera Austral from the North (Puerto Montt) and from the south of Chili (Chile Chico) or by Argentina passing through the Coyhaique Alto or Balmeceda boarder.
By Boat: The main porti is Chacabuco and is located at 14km from Aysén Port.

Clients will have to make a deposit of 50% of total amount of reservation in order for reservation to be considered as confirmed.
Low Season (01April to 31 August): Reservations (individuals) can be cancelled without any penalty if made 3 days prior to arrival date. - Cancellations received between 48 and 25hrs prior to arrival date, 1 night accomodation will be charged.
- Within 24hrs of arrival date, the total amount of reservation will be charged.
High Season (01 September to 31 March):
Reservations (individuals) can be cancelled without any penalty if made 5 days prior to arrival date.
- Cancellations made between 4 and 3 days prior to arrival date, 30% of total amount of reservation will be charged.
- Cancellations received between 48 and 25hrs prior to arrival date, 50% of total amount of reservation will be charged.
- Within 24hrs of arrival date, the total amount of reservation will be charged.
